I don't think great count is a particularly 'pad' thing. I think it's more down to audio lag.

I actually do play by sound (at least I'm pretty sure), it's the pads. :\

I'm sure you can get better stuff. You might play to much visually, i'm pretty sure of this because of your great amount.
Freakin DDR(X) betson have screen lag, so when arrow hit targget it's already too late. I'm sure you can get better if you play more by sound.
But yeah, this cab is really meh >.>
