I see, but what I'm saying is that is wasn't necessary to upload it, as it is possible to link from the simfile page's file. All you have to do is click "background" and copy the page name for the image.

I get why you uploaded this, but don't you realize that the pictures in the simfile previews themselves are linkable? Just click the text that says "background", I think.
