No, it was an instruction to do a paper. They have a competition.
Like, the main paragraph must be in Times New Roman, size 12. So that's not mistyping.
The first part (bigger text) is showing "Tuesday, 20th May 2010" and under it is "Monday, 18th May 2010"
The truth is, 17th May 2010 IS Monday. 18th May 2010 is Tuesday. They got both wrong.
