These are the most major changes in the theme. It's just Inori's X3. There are a couple other changed graphics (a distorted Miku head as seen on Select Mode pasted over about half the "DDR" text on the transition screen).
The images used are pretty poor quality and the bad memes aren't very funny. I think you should put a little more effort into this. Select Style looks fine though.

The distorted Miku head is a stretched picture of Mikudayo's head XD
Also forgot to mention this: That's not all to the theme
