[StepMania 5.0.12 Theme] DDR A

Hi everyone. I was wondering if somebody can help me with this.
I'm trying to correct the position of the selected objects in the image below (from screen results), but I can't find the .lua file or a line in metrics.ini that allow me to change/modify that... Do you know where can I find that file or what file it is?, and what lines do I have to modify in order to change and correct the position of that to do it more accurate to the arcade screen results? Thanks!

Does anyone know how to reach KENp ?
I know the OP says "home and personal use", I would still like to try to ask him about using the theme in a gaming exhibition (no money/prizes involved).

You shouldn't use this at an event. StepMania clone themes like this aren't made for public performance at all (in general - and especially in this case as it's the "current" version available in the arcades, also as KENp has stated that it's only for home and personal use). We're lucky we even have access to them for personal use and one of the reasons we still have access is because people don't use it for public performances. Money and prizes aren't the reason behind not allowing it, it's because of copyrighted material within the theme(s).

Do you specifically need this theme for your exhibition? Themes like Simply Love are available for use as are the default themes in those circumstances or maybe someone could help you with a theme for it or you could try your hand at creating one?

Sorry to be blunt but I think that'd probably be the answer and I tried to give you as much of a detailed reason as I could.

I actually didn't think about the assets the theme uses, and the fact they are probably copies of the original material.

And: no I don't need this theme specifically.
I use Simply Love at home, however I was thinking some players at the events would've like to play DDR tracks with the DDR feel. I am going to do some research about using DDR rules (timing, scoring) with Simply Love.

Yeah, that's the only thing about the clone themes, if they weren't using either copied or possibly official assets it wouldn't be an issue. I think it's best to not use them publicly so we can continue to get more themes like this in the future without them being shut down by outside sources/the theme creators pulling them for misuse.

Hmm, it might be worth sending dbk2 https://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/user?userid=11548 a PM as they're the creator of Simply Love and would probably be able to give you some tips.

I'm not sure how the other "official" themes are specified for public use on here, but you could check the threads of older mix themes and ask the creators if you could use them. A number of the older mix theme creators frequent this forum more often too so you might have better luck getting in touch with them.

When's your event? If I've got time before it's on I might be able to help you with theme things too.

As for the DDR rules, I'll see, probably most players will be casuals or novice (though I can't really say for sure, ofc), so maybe I am overcomplicating things after all (timing). Better safe than sorry and stay out of clone themes, I definitely agree with this.
EDIT: sorry for the off-topic posts I started

Having an issue with note skins. I'm a huge noob with stepmania, so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. I had assumed that this theme would also change my note skins, but they seem to be the default stepmania skins. In the display options they're listed as default, but I'm not seeing an option for "DDR A" skins. Is there an option to make them look like the ones in the screenshots for this skin, or do I need a separate note skin pack as well?

Does anyone know how I can switch themes to something else from within this theme? When I go to the options menu, the selection is paltry and I didn't see anything that would allow me to switch the theme back to something else.

Options > Appearance Options > Theme (Press left/right to cycle through the themes you have installed) make sure you choose "Exit" at the bottom rather than pressing Escape to go back out of that menu as when you select "Exit" it will load the new theme in.

Perhaps you have a different (more recent) version than I do? I don't have that sequence of options. Here's what my operator menu looks like:

Edit: Okay, I see. I was hitting Scroll Lock to access the Operator's Menu, but with this theme this will take you to a different menu versus selecting OPTIONS from the title screen selection. Strange.
