I don't believe they exist. We'd need a background video for every specific song, then a variant for every single character... From what I can tell, they're scripted into the DDR games as opposed to a pre-recorded background video. (The opening half of She Is My Wife is an exception, for its own reasons...)
Alternatively, you could download the character files and add them to Stepmania, but that's going to look like pre- DDRMAX as opposed to SuperNOVA. It works, though, and if you know a thing or two about modeling you could even create your own.

To capture them you need to edit the game to hide the UI, or create edit steps to remove arrows, you can capture video with PCSX, and Dolphin Emulators in most of the cases they are cropped videos, here you can find some

The only PS2 Emulator is PCSX2 you can get it at http://pcsx2.net/ the quality and the accuracy of the emulation depends of your hardware/software config

Just run the game, and press F12 when you are ready to capture, the emulator will ask you where to save the dump file,, you only need a software to crop it and remove the unwanted parts

You could use Avidemux for that purpose, you need to test various codecs and video plugin configs when dumping from the emulator, some codecs give strange results, like image flipping, color switching, etc. It's a lot of trial/error process.

Oh I see, I'll try the optios to the emulator in case to find a option to hide the life bar thanks
Mh I finally can record a video but in the Avidemux de videos looks in firent colors and I can´t remove the score and life bar
It's more difficult then I thought

In Avidemux you crop using a filter, but aditionally, you need to render the video again, to make avidemux apply the crop filter, you need to choose in the video output anything different from copy, otherwise, the filters that you use won't apply. Is a bit complicated, but once you get the right configuration for your system, is just repeat the process

Obviously, the PCSX2 native resolution is something like 640x448, cropping the video you get something around 640x350, and stepmania need to scale them lowering the quality because is stretching to fit the standard window 854x480. That's because you need to make some tests.
The results can vary depending on the method, some videos are recorded from arcade using stealth+dark mods. X series arcade videos are in Higher Resolutions and obviously have more quality, also reading the threads that we quoted, you could check, that one user share the settings of how they are dumped:
Obviously you need to have a lot of free space and memory on your pc to dump the videos with those settings

They're captured from PCXS2 in 1024x768 60fps uncompressed AVI with the internal rendering set to 2048x2048, then cropped to 1024x596 (enough to get rid of most gui elements, not really looking to conform exactly to an HD res or anything, it's working just fine for me), and compressed with xvid single pass.
