Note: I only played each heavy/challenge chart once. I'm kinda on time crunch.
Black Hole: Heavy was alright, it seemed a little uninteresting at times but I think it might be the song itself. I will saying during the first verse, the freeze arrow usage confused me, I wasn't sure if you were following the guitar, vocals, or both since there were missed places for them. Basically the same feeling with challenge.
Cherry Blossom: The rhythms on heavy didn't really seem to flow well and I'm not sure why. Patterning-wise, everything seemed to work out. Challenge was great, though.
Doki-Doki: Normally I enjoy crossovers, provided they don't culminate in doublesteps, but... I don't know, I think some of the ones here (particularly the LDRLUR-ish sections) seemed to get out of hand. I'm not sure why. I still enjoyed both charts though.
Don't be afraid myself: When the file wasn't busy having atrocious patterning (seriously, what the hell is that beginning? a 16th jack followed by a jump immediately after?), it seemed rather boring. I think it'd be a good idea to hold off on the 16th jacks at >100 BPM, experiment with them later, but get basic and decent patterning down first. Try forcing every arrow with a freeze, no hitting two different notes with the same finger. If you see something that requires your fingers to get pretzel'd up or swinging one finger around one of the keys instead of passing through the "center", that's when you should fix something. The sync is off too, you should fix that.
FAKE: Patterning is definitely a lot better than what I've seen you step before! (there's only one doublestep in the heavy chart and that's it) I still don't think it's good enough for points, mainly because the chart couldn't seem to decide if it wanted to be a friendly DDR 4th-ish 8th-stream chart or to follow the music accurately (with 16ths) and it seemed repetitive. But credit where credit's due!
Got To Be Certain: A cute chart! ITG 11s are cool and all, but after playing on pad a while back, I agree that the contest needs more 6-7 footers like this.

Oh my god, what is this??? O___O (I'm amused at how coincidentally fitting that background movie is with that attack too haha)
But yeah, the steps were overall a nicely structured conversative chart. The ending is cruel to people with higher speedmods in my opinion, but otherwise a good chart for a week as rough as you've had and you definitely deserve the points you have here.
High School Never Ends: A little plain, but not bad. You should check your sync though, it was definitely off here.
I'll Always Love You: Didn't like the usage of 12ths and 24ths here. Some of the spins were also weird. Otherwise... I think the song limited what you can do bigtime, but this was a valiant effort.
KARATE: Gimmicks were easily telegraphed, and added to the fun. The challenge chart was pretty good, although the beginning of it seemed heavier than the second half.
Light Velocity: Really cool! I think it might've benefitted with a shorter cut, but this seemed like a nice change of pace compared to most of the other files before it, interestingly enough.
Nothing's Over: The heavy chart is one I REALLY wanted to like, but... the patterning still needs a lot of work to go. The 16th jacks aren't as bad as the ones in Don't be afraid myself, but they still needs unnecessary. It's too bad because I actually thought every other aspect of the chart was nice. Challenge, unfortunately, was significantly more sloppy and honestly I think the file was fine with just heavy. Those 3 note 16th jacks aren't fun to do on pad at all, especially if they culminate in a jump.
Pulse (Auvic Remix): Not sure why the end of the simfile is delayed that much, but eh. Heavy was very solid. Challenge seemed a bit rough in terms of some of the patterns but they definitely make sense here.
RAIN: Seemed way too happy on the spins, amongst other backwards facing sections. Just seems like a run-of-the-mill DDR chart that definitely needs a restep like a good majority of the charts do.
REINCARINATION: Heavy seemed somewhat sloppy at the start, getting better as it goes on. Challenge was good, though. The only piece of advice I have for it is to not have the first arrow be a crossover, get rid of the jump at b216 (that's the main reason why this missed out on points) and fix the strange 270 at b62.
Spear Of Justice (Sayonara Maxwell Remix): The BPM would've been better as 94-188 in my opinion. That's it, really. This is the best file you've put out in the contest and I really like it, good job.
Still Alive: I loved Still Alive as a kid, but this cover... ...isn't doing it for me. Steps are kind of meh too, perhaps you should've held back on some of the 16th crossovers here. Not bad though.
Swift Planet: Pretty decent. Some of the spins seemed unfitting and the crossover patterns were a little...strange at times. They're maneuverable, though, miles ahead of your first couple of times.
Zzz (Nichijou 1st ED Theme): Again, spin happy, but it wasn't as bad as Rain seemed to be. Most of the spins resolved themselves and they were slow enough to do on a pad. There were still some other parts that could be fixed but you're... getting there I guess.

In case anyone was wondering, Got To Be Certain doesn't have any freeze arrows because it designed to ape a DDR 4th Mix-style song, before freeze arrows were invented.
Was there anything else wrong with I'll Always Love You that prevented it from scoring thus far? (Concerning the 12th/24th usage, I initially made those 16th notes, but those didn't go with the vocals at all, so I changed it.)

As much as I've seen this song stepped in the ITG community, I'm quite surprised a casual, DDR-difficulty oriented file does not exist for this song until now. Anyways, Senior year at college has me out of the apartment at 6 AM on Mondays, and not back home until 7 PM on Fridays, so yeah...much less home computer time for Axis. Luckily, I was able to throw this together pretty quickly within one night, since I just searched around for existing .sm (cleaned empty before replacing with my charts) & .ogg files for this song, and even the upper difficulties only needed up to 8th notes (save for a few "other" patterns on ), plus I had come down with a sore throat, cough, and cold (which I did not allow to stop me from taking part in a rare opportunity to step longer songs on here without getting flak for doing so). Luckily, the longer than usual song length did not necessarily yield more work, since I was making easier charts, with up to 8ths for the most part anyways.
Unfortunately, my college schedule, combined with my sick self, and sleep pattern requirements, has stopped me from putting together graphics for this, so...sincerest apologies for leaving that part blank (I had something nice in mind for graphics too).

- 3 / - 6 / - 8Well... I would have never thought I'd get a second file down for the final week, but here we are.
Yeah, this song... another one where I played another version of this file from J-SIMS. Unfortunately, that stepper is gone along with his/her simfiles, so I took a crack at this one and gotta say, I like how it turned out.
So... K-Pop. Not much to say about this one, really.
Custom .zip contains .mp4 video and a bunch of alt. graphics for you to personalize (if you care about this sort of thing).
On a somewhat related note: so far, this has to be one of the best weeks I played because most of the files are actually good and I'm genuinely pleased to see the commitment in them despite its length.

For slashshot's LE FUNNY MEME file, you may have to go into edit and change the preview music time. Haven't tested on SM5, but the current settings crash 3.9 upon hovering over the song in the select screen.

My internet is insanely slow and my computer is running as fast. Bear with me for some early internet-looking results.

Fixed it. I read the score as 18 instead of 19. My mistake. Sorry about that. Gameoson is also 3rd.

I wasn't really a fan of this week either. Bruno pretty much summed up my thoughts already.
It's better than Anything, but the sync is still off by quite a bit. The problem is the song doesn't keep a steady tempo throughout but you're only using one flat BPM (plus half-speed and quarter-speed segments) for the entire song. For a song like this, you need to actually shift the BPM up or down in certain spots to keep things synced. It's a tedious process getting everything perfect but it's absolutely necessary.
