From what it looks like, I suppose the best of "Free" content we can get from the game this far is time-gated song unlocks, like the main song rotations and such...

Speaking of which, it appears that this weekend two songs are getting a 1-hour free release! Yesterday it was Eastern Horoscope, and today it's the turn of another one. It should occur from 9 pm to 10 pm (Japan Time), but perhaps any official VOEZ-related page like the Facebook one might have the full picture.

I personally take no issue with the song unlocks. It's not like I haven't thrown 450 dollars at konmai for reflec and jubeat - v-
Come back to the game every week and see what's new. The only hiccup in the song unlock system I've encountered is the one that demands you clear 25 different songs. And well.

That would take F2P players three weeks - n-

As someone who rushed through Chapter 1 hoping there would be something cool at the end, There's nothing at the end of Chapter 1's missions, and Chapter 2 hasn't started yet, so I wouldn't be worried about it taking a few weeks to get one mission cleared.

As a side note, I find it interesting that most people think Platinum is the hardest song is VOEZ when I have a much harder time scoring well on Dual Dragoon.

Just me, or do load times seem stupidly long? Maybe i just got super slow INTERNET connection on my phone, but it seems like I gotta wait up to 5 minutes sometimes just to play 1 song >_> But it is fun, and looks freakin sweet, specially for my ADHD inner-child haha.

Yeah. That seems to happen to me, depending on where I'm at or how good the connection is at the moment. Sometimes it takes a few minutes or so to download a song then play, but honestly, with the visuals it has and the feel of the game, it's really awesome to see a rhythm game on a device that feels great to play.

^ Once again, the only major issue I have with the game in the gameplay-wise aspect is the fact that most smartphones don't correctly register simultaneous double-tap inputs if you press the screen at two close spots at the same time.

If you happen to have a smartphone with a smaller-than-the-current-average screen (like me), you're out of luck...

I played it on the iPad so the aspect ratio wasn't a concern for me, but yeah I can see why that's a problem.

I really enjoy this game so far. The only problem as of right now is that I'm limited to 14 songs at the moment, as was mentioned before. I guess this forces me to really learn the songs that I do have.

This game was pretty easy to pick up. I haven't had it for even a week and I've gotten "All Perfect" on 3 level 12s.

Finally figured out how to get better at this game. Go play Deemo and cytus (other rayark games.) and combine deemo's falling notes, with cytus moving targets. So far that makes sense to me at least >_>

Also, still no rotation in the songs. I wonder how ofter they'll rotate, if at all.

^ I still think it is; otherwise, we wouldn't have the option to "Unlock" the free available songs on the top-right corner of the screen.

It looks like they've changed the "default" songs. Komodo and Carnation are still there, but the rest switched.

I just got my first smartphone today and by extent this game and I'm really liking it! Event Horizon kind of reminds me of STULTI a bit with its progression. (Link if you haven't been able to get it unlocked yet)
Does anyone know how it compares to the other 16s in the game?

Finally got a chance to play Event Horizon, so I'll say that it's probably the easiest 16 yet. The only challenge is that it's fast with lots of 16th notes, but there's no patterns that stick out as being hard to learn or master. There's one part that looks complicated with the way the lanes move around, but it's actually pretty simple and just designed to confuse players. Good song to play to work on coordination and hand speed.

Like Asian Spirit is also an easy 16, but it suffers from, ehhhhh
not being my favorite song :V
