DJMAX Respect comes out today on the NA and Europe PSN stores!

Congratulations and MAX Respect to those who had the patience to wait 9 months (and another month if you're wanting the DLC). Can't wait for this thread to get active again, and hopefully we will see what differences, if any, the western versions will have.

As of right now it’s not available to buy in Europe at leas, can’t speak for the US. You can download a demo though if you go looking for it manually, I’m surprised they kept it completely key sounded considering hdmi TVs, laggy controllers and keysounds do not work well together (I didn’t really pay much attention to the game in case I managed to buy it over here) but it’s more playable than it has any right being especially if you use headphones directly in your controller

I've Checked During the Launch of nomral games midnight of this morning, and then i just checked and nothing so far has been showing up, i've been told by someone else their waiting for 12 noon to launch the game and that's why i haven't been able to find it in the US Store by Manually searching for it

Considering how many time zones are in the US which one is typically used for this sort of thing? Just so I can work out the UK equivalent of that time (assuming it actually ends up coming out today anyway)

It's out in NA. I've been playing it for the last few hours. Game is good, even if 6 button is kicking my ass.

For those who have already imported the game, the US version costs $49.99.

There's no way I'm double-dipping for that much money, and with no DLC at launch. ^^;

To those who have the US version, here's hoping you'll be able to catch up in a jiffy!

Apparently it launched at midnight for the EU players, £34.99 here. Currently downloading!

Having gotten a chance to play some of it now, pretty happy with it! It's my first traditional djmax game and getting used to the button config was a bit rough at first, but I'm already having a ball with it!

Although I will say, making the fever sound effect come out of the controller gave me a heart attack on the first song, definitely changed that the moment I could XD

All in all, pretty satisfied with it so far.

So, my PS4 Pro froze on me at start up, and went into safe mode. I couldn't get it to turn back on normally because it decided to not read my USB stick despite it being FAT32 and I had the update in there, so I had to format my PS4.

Tl;dr, I lost all my save data...

I'm debating if I should take this opportunity to get the US version of the game now or not. Shouldn't matter if I have to do everything all over again. -_-

OH SNAP! Technika DLC was just announced! Comes out March 28th! GET HYPE!

The pack is basically Clazziquai Part 2 for songs they couldn't fit in the first DLC for Clazziquai plus a few preview songs from BS and the Technika exclusive tracks. Not bad at all. Also they announced the next pack will be Black Square and more info will be released sometime in the summer. They also announced that a DJMAX Online pack is under consideration but they'd better do it. Most likely they will release one at some point after getting Technika, BS, Tune, and Portable 3 out of the way. God this game keeps getting better and better!

YAY I can't wait to play Shoreline again after all these years.

Seeing as I never played the Technika series (let alone the first 1 nor Clazziquai), I'll get this as soon as it comes out...on the HK PSN store. Was hoping Space of Soul would appear, but maybe that won't be til later (especially if Online is getting its own pack). :<

Here's hoping we'll also get songs from Technika 2 and 3 later, as well!

There's songs in mission mode with "TB" charts, where you have to press the touchpad, and the screen is changed in a way it looks exactly like Technika. WTF. XD
