Someone uploaded a video of when FEFEMZ was playing the part of Ace for Aces with the wildly off yellow notes, and it looks like he treated them as being an entire 16th off and it worked, which is amusing to me.

For KAC, it looks like (aside from Chris) North America, Asia, and Korea each send 1 finalist, but East Japan and West Japan can each send either 1 or 2 finalists? What determines whether those regions get 1 finalist each or 2 finalists each?

That's because they're supposed to be 8ths and Konami probably intentionally made them off to cause Greats.
Fucking shocking game design, really.

One look at the simfile comments for Endymion and Ace For Aces would reveal that the charts and audio/video were uploaded here before jindev got to them.
i was under the impression that razorblade is jindev

So yeah, the only thing separating FEFEMZ from beating Chris, are the MA's that Chris gets. I hope FEFE gets the PFC on Endymion because I know he can do it.
Also, I'm expecting that MMAGDON will break FEFE record on VD anytime, when he PFC'd the full 420 bpm he was en route for a 990k score and his legs gave out.

They compare sum of top players' scores each area. Winning zone will get 2 finalists.

Posting this here cuz it's relevant and more hype than KAC (actual tournament-wise).
https://www.facebook.com/events/140774823275526/
Long story short a bunch of top DDR players decided to do their own tournament with better rules right after KAC. We plan on streaming it and are looking into what the best option is (SF Evolved should be streaming it but the final details will be confirmed later).
Unless you're actually physically planning to attend it would be appreciated if you just list yourself as Interested. We have a good headcount on who is actually attending but it makes things easier for us to know how many people will actually be there that just happen to be in Tokyo that weekend and aren't in contact with the organizers. For the most part, people not physically going to be there listed themselves as interested to get updates and I personally appreciate the cooperation.
Further details and updates will come.

Let's see what version the machines are for just those places next.
Maybe they are aiming for a worldwide release for the next mix but hahaha that's such a long stretch.

Australia had been confirmed to have been getting the game for a while, I believe.
