The same as WAY OF NOSTALGIA: play songs, obtain Steps, unlock Ubertreffen, obtain two watches. However, it's available for a limited time period.

No idea. The game showed up Uniana's website (Konami's distributor in Korea) with a Korean logo and videos of the game running with region warning screens for Korea have shown up.

Oh my gosh, that meow sound at the beginning of the video was so cute...;w;
Also, seeing the Korean Nostalgia logo inspired me to make an English version of the logo...

After contacting TKA I now have a more reasonable timeframe for Nostalgia's arrival in Singapore:
I should have a mini review ready as soon as I am able to play it!

Nostalgia estimate to be arrived in Singapore around mid of May , subject to arrival and custom clearance .

I'm hoping that this will come over to America. I think there's a niche for it in the American arcade market (and, I personally think it's way better than that Piano Tiles arcade port that D&B currently has), and I'd like to see some more Bemani games come overseas.

Nostalgia in sg is actually a location test (one user who edited nex's listing said that). hopefully it will still be successful though.
btw, we are waiting when and where is the location test for the philippines as one of my gaming friends said to me a location test will be held soon.
We got our nostalgia cab in the newly-opened q power station mall of asia store And the surprising news, it's a pernanent cabinet!

So I had the opportunity to give the game a shot in Seoul, and I think I will also throw in some comparisons with KeyboardMania (though my memory is fuzzy since it has been 10+ years since I played the game).
I realized was that unlike KeyboardMania, Nostalgia really gives you the illusion that you're playing the piano. KeyboardMania was really technical - you had to hit the right note at the right time as per all Bemani games, but it was that note, or bust. As you may have seen the videos posted so far, Nostalgia does away with that anal-retentiveness to some degree. The lower levels give you a "range" of keys you can hit to maintain a combo, and the more difficult the level, the more realistic the notes get. So overall, while beginner KM made you feel like an utter newbie, beginner Nostalgia made you feel like a virtual virtuoso. Greater immersion.

The good news? Sumidagawa Karenka is crossing over on June 28th.
The bad news? NO ALT
6/28/17: Well, here we go - Sumidagawa Karenka Piano is out!
One thing to note is that it's noticeably slower than the original...But it is relaxing and nice!
7/6/17: A new event called "Version Up" begins on (I think) the 18th, with "Votum stellarum" being unlockable!

So the new FORTE update is out, and I was a bit surprised to say the least. I'm not a huge fan of "expansion pack" games, but in this case Nostalgia has been out for only four months so I'm totally okay with this.
Real excited to see Votum stellarum, one of my favorite pop'n songs, and hopefully we'll get a new iconoclasm original...? Especially with wac sound directing I don't see why we can't have some sort of follow up to Zirkfied, perhaps.

With the FORTE update comes various new features, including 15 new songs as well as local matching, a grade system of sorts, and the ability to play the songs as right hand only, left hand only, or both hands together; this feature is honestly my favorite makes the game more accessible for beginners to play and even has a bit of advantage for if you want to shoot a video of yourself playing the game so you can play with one hand and hold the camera with the other!
