Ripping images from PCSX2

Alright, So I have been talking to my friend about SM themes. At one point my friend brought up the game DDR FESTIVAL and how he has never found a theme for it. I feel like making a theme based on FESTIVAL/EXTREME US but afaik no one has made a FESTIVAL theme or at least made one available to the public.
Any suggestions on image rippers?
btw I own a copy of the actual FESTIVAL disk so I am not doing anything illegal.

I thought someone here was working on the Extreme US CS/FESTIVAL or at the very least the graphics were ripped. I wish I knew where that dang thread was.

Nope, I'm working on other theme appart from DDRX but not this.

i could try and do an ddr extreme usa theme on sm5 but i dont know how to do the wheel though

I would think that the wheel would be more possible in SM5 than previous versions, though? Granted, I have no clue how you could do it either.
