Files uploaded in his MGD thread are legit and actually really useful (haven't seen anyone else upload rips of the older games), asides from possibly ban evading does that also violate the rules?

Even if he gets banned again for ban evading, I'd say keep the thread as it contains useful MGD1 and 2 files in it.

Aldrin has been immediately banned, and his categories have been purged.
