And with that the 2013 Summer Contest is officially over. Overall we ended up with 345 SIMFILES! Also the download pack has now been updated so it has the entire 2013 Summer Contest on it. A big thanks for all returning members to the contest and new members to the contest. You guys make the simfile community strong on this site and this contest could never have been the hit it has been without all of you. I know that sounds corny but I am serious, pats on the back for all of you. Also want to give a big thanks to TaroNuke and Silverhawke for helping out with the contest and making this massive project possible. There's no way I could have pulled this off on my own. A big thanks for both of you.

As for a future project I honestly have nothing planed at the moment but that might change down the road. I hope to see all of you back next spring for Tournament of Immortals 4 and the 2014 Summer Contest. Until then, enjoy the Fall and Winter.

Holy crap, did not expect to win this one.

Anyways, I must say, I am very well pleased with how this contest turned out, and here's hoping that next year's contest will be even bigger. ...and hoping that ZIv Simfile Shuffle 2014 will come too. Seriously, the shuffle is one of the best simfile contests I've ever participated in, if not THE best.

But yeah, I'm satisfied with winning two weeks. I think I've definitely improved my ability yaaay~

My highest voted file was planarian with Silverhawke, which had enough points to snag me and Mr. Groudon with Cigar a golden medal. I never collaborated with him before, and at one point I requested him to do the song for the public pack. Even though he had the song planned for a future release, I asked him if we can work on it together for shits and giggles. I'll be honest, my challenge chart for it was one of my most innovative shock charts, but his expert chart, in my opinion, was what brought it to life. Kudos to you, man~
