Chewi, doesn't uploading DDR underground before this week is over disqualify Tonight, Tonight?
Nevermind... Rule book, meet window.
Uhh, I asked him yesterday in the chat and he said I can upload underground after the deadline.Nevermind... Rule book, meet window.
I released it after the 3PM CST deadline.
I uploaded it to my category when it was private so why should it matter. I never released the actual file.

Last updated: 2012-01-12 08:13am
Once again, a final week and I really have trouble finding anything wrong the entries. Good job everybody.
Week 11:
+5 HAYATE:
12th notes! Your stuff always makes me smile. Once again, great job.
+4 key plus words:
Persona, horray! Very good Freeze Arrow placement and very good difficulty control.
+3 Bedroom Hymns:
Fun charts for a very eclectic song. It felt short unfortunately.
+2 Tonight, Tonight:
Loved the song already, excellent chart. And as far as fade outs go, that worked pretty damn well.
+1 Burning Warriors:
This was a lot of fun. Good chart structure that reminded me of some of the stuff on ParaParaParadise.
Honors Overpowering Enemies:
Excellent chart structure, very entertaining.
Honors Ready To Go:
I really liked the intro. Great song, and great steps.
Honors ReMiX 8:
Oh Taro... I can't stay mad at you. It's not my cup of tea but it's very well done.
-----
Akasagarbha:
Excellent chart. It was engaging and varying and went perfectly to the music. Shame that one chart was all there was.
HAYATE - 5
key plus words - 4
Bedroom Hymns - 3
Tonight, Tonight - 2
Burning Warriors - 1
My Teammates:
Put Your Hearts Up:
Hahaha. This made me happy to play. It's very easy and makes you not pay attention... then it springs a trap. Not offsync in the least.

My votes are:
+5 Burning Warriors (8.5): Very solid chart!
+4 HAYATE (8.0): Good, but this pattern didn't really feel right at that speed: (<>)(^)(V)(<)
+3 Put Your Hearts Up (7.5): Solid DDR style chart. That BPM attack was shocking though! I was falling asleep to the 85 BPM, and then BAM!
+2 Virtuality (7.5): Another good DDR chart, but shouldn't the mine been/had a stop with the lyrical cue.
+1 Bedroom Hymns (7.5): Good, but it felt drifty, as if it were live BPM.
HAYATE - 9
Burning Warriors - 6
key plus words - 4
Bedroom Hymns - 4
Put Your Hearts Up - 3
Tonight, Tonight - 2
Virtuality - 2

I considered calling it a seven but I'm told I overrate my charts.

I, on the other hand, can vote for whatever/whomever the fish I want!
The competition is much fiercer this week than last, that's for sure.
Akasagarbha only had an ESP chart, so I can't vote for it.
+5: HAYATE This feels like the predecessor to Traveling Rerun. So nice
+4: key plus words I will strip search if I have to
+3: Ready to Go Love this song. It's new to me, but it's really cool
+2: Tonight, Tonight ZACH GALIFIANAKIS
+1: ReMiX 8 Fun~ the music was kind of flat though
Burning Warriors I talked to you about this already~
Virtuality Feels like the first half was stepped by a whole different person than the second half
Overpowering Enemies I guess I just don't have much patience for hardstyle, this seemed to drag on
Bedroom Hymns OK, but not a standout
Put Your Hearts Up Very strange. Very strange indeed.
HAYATE - 19
Burning Warriors - 9
Virtuality - 6
key plus words - 8
Bedroom Hymns - 4
Put Your Hearts Up - 3
Ready to Go - 3
Tonight, Tonight - 4
Overpowering Enemies (Ruboy Rmx 2010) - 2
ReMiX 8 - 1

It sucks when your only choice in giving points is what order you place the five songs you can vote for. Especially when there's just as much you can't vote for.
Akasagarbha: Okay chart, but it is a problem that it's only one chart. Some of the arrow placement could be more interesting as well; there were a few cases (such as near the beginning) where there were repeated left or right arrows (not the 8ths) that could have probably been changed so it'd be a little more interesting, and there was a major problem where most of the chart would cause you to face the direction that LUDR makes you face, and very little time was spent facing the direction of LDUR. The syncing of the arrows toward the halfway point was good, and makes me think that you actually took the time to check the BMS file to make sure the patterns were correct.
Bedroom Hymns: Good and fun charts, and good job on doing so with easy charts. Putting some crossovers in the second half was nice to keep things interesting.
Burning Warriors: Nice chart. The jumps and 16ths help to keep in from being too bland. I think there might be a double-step toward the middle, but it's quickly fixed by a jump.
HAYATE: Excellent chart. I liked your use of chaos, and especially liked where you used jumps and gallops instead of just a bunch of triplets like you could have with how the music was.
key plus words: Okay chart. I did like the freezes, since they made so parts a bit tricky.
Overpowering Enemies (Ruboy Rmx 2010): Good charts. Though it's still there, there's less of a glaring problem with arrows going to nothing. Most of the problem comes from the section starting directly after the beginning section to around halfway through the song, before the bass starts to kick back in. Also, some of the jumps toward the beginning of the chart seem a little unnecessary, and the longer 16th streams in the Edit cause a bit of a difficulty imbalance in my opinion.
Put Your Hearts Up: Decent chart. There were some double-steps in this, but the BPM gimmicks were nice.
ReMiX 8: Excellent chart. The BPM gimmicks and stops were great, and you continue to do a good job of making players face backwards, as well as placing hands in good spots. Also, it seems you also might have had the Voltage calculation flaw I recently found out about: when calculating Voltage, StepMania seems to count the ends of freeze arrows as equivalent to arrows, so charts like this with a lot of 16ths and freezes tend to have a lot of Voltage. Or it could have been the 728 BPM 16th stop trills.
Tonight Tonight: Okay chart. Considering the song, it'd be rather difficult to make something too much better, though it does almost feel like the crossovers were like an afterthought.
Virtuality: Okay chart. You're still doing good at avoiding double-steps, even with some of the weird patterns. The 'shock arrows'/mines were nice, though I didn't understand a few of the arrows (especially the continuous 8ths during a freeze).

Yeah, when I first played the chart on keyboard I thought "OH NO A DOUBLESTEP" but then I carpet-padded it and I found that it wasn't as bad as I had thought Thanks for pointing that out though (and for voting )

So, due to Rudd Gullit FINALLY losing a member, that puts them with 3 left. So AAA Team win, TaroNuke is 2nd, and 9/f/jp Ruud Gullit is tied third. And Team Foregone Conclusion is 5th.
And that was War Games. Nice idea, not as nice execution.

Who won overall? Or was that the overall result too?
