literally what is this even supposed to mean? That's literally the point I was trying to convey, but I was bad at communicating it.

literally what is this even supposed to mean?My bad, I forgot on* and I was going for Hina mix and In The Heat Of The Night and mixed both points together.
Either way, there was no ponos action in EX2.

""Hands Up Will Live On"" |
Just spotted this little gem in a currently-running anime named "Blend-S".
Apparently, the game shown here is dangerously similar to a 2013 cab. They even got the gameplay interface correct, right down to the use of Screen Filter!

Only question I have is why their health isn’t full when they almost have a 200 combo.

BOOM BOOM DOLLAR (K.O.G G3 MIX) was gonna be on Ultramix 2, along with g.m.d konami, uh mania
And also, Ultramix 2's websites states the game was rated T for suggestive themes, even though it was really rated E. I blame Macho Gang's artist name for this.
DDR HP3's beta used a different jacket for A Brighter Day. That's right a 3rd jacket exists, and it was a orange jacket with a white butterfly outline pasted on it.
And who remembers when DDR II still used the classic scale? Sky To The Limit was a 9 for some reason lol
(there was also no indicator for how long the song was)

The shapes on that DDR pad are almost the same as the shapes on the Playstation controllers the exception being the triangle and square are swapped.

i mean classic im a stupid hoeSo apparently
is a remix of this:
Also Thomas Howard wasn't the announcer for early DDR games apparently also, because he stated he got the job at Konami in 1999 for drummania

Something about that staff roll looks familiar...
Oh yeah, also TloM's in-game BPM is displayed as 333, but it actually goes up to 666 at one point.

Just a small bump. I've noticed this before, but it kept slipping out of my head.
1stMIX and 2ndMIX (including the CLUB VERSIONS) are the only games that have the pads in the "How to Play" segments in a yellow background instead of black.

I wouldn't call it a remix, its more like Naoki used that rhyme when remixing "Closer To Your Heart". Also thanks for footage of DDRMAX AC credits screen. They say DDRMAX PS2 JP just had scrolling backgrounds as opposed to this. It's not shown on the video, but they say a 640x480 version of Legend of Max's background is shown as part of the credit sequence.
Also requesting menu BGM rips of DDR SN and SN2. I think Paranoia Hades was Shop Mode music on SN2 (it can't be Course mode because I play course mode on AC version and it just has the regular BGM).

here's a unfinished alternate Brilliant 2U bg from that best of cool dancers game
bump (I'm the only one who even uses this thread anymore...)
SP-TRIP MACHINE ~JUNGLE MIX~ was intended for IIDX, instead dj TAKA made a separate remix bc NAOKI was being a bully and only sent him vocal samples that didn't really provide anything for TAKA to remix.
true...(Trance Sunrise Mix) is one of the first (or maybe even THE first) songs to be arranged by a international commissioned artist in DDR. The remixer, was The Pearl Works.
and finally Y&Co formed in 1993!

BUMP: Yet another 1stMIX-related fact lol
I just learned about this when I was playing 1st Mix on an emulator. When you play Doubles, the life meter and the score are always on the 1P side. Even if you start the game in the 2P side, selecting Doubles will automatically shift the life meter and score to the 1P side.

DDR Strike in Japan was really just a best of compilation of an initial list of U.S charts from the U.S releases made with the American engine of Extreme 2.

In DDR USA have CD random which has samples starts from the songs, however the sample start of LET THEM MOVE in random CD is not the same than the individual song.
Let Them Move: 0:59
Random CD: 3.57

I think it is just a different portion from the same song used for the LET THEM MOVE song in the random CD...

Um, that's what SupremeX already said? The oddity is that they don't match.
