I've noticed that in Stepmania, when I move to any song from that pack, there is a noticeable lag. Is it just happening to me, or is there something wrong with the .mp3s?

Does anybody have those romanized text of Chneses version of this and the Jacket of "MATSURI JAPAN" and "30 Lives [Up-Up-Down Mix]"?
