I forgot to ask back then, but is there anyway to undo the restrictions? since I can't -4 or -5 people anymore.
User Ratings will be removed soon anyway so there probably isn't much point.

yeah i wasn't being serious about it. i just think it be cool if only for a short period of time. hell I think everyone should get insanely high ratings before we un/ceremoniously deep six the system.
