ModdedVortex is basically ArrowVortex but I figured out how to add 11 extra styles (for rhythm games I came up with but will probably never actually make a reality) and 2 noteskins (for the first rhythm game that I'm probably never going to finish)
ModdedVortex Guide (please leave a comment on the guide if you have a question.)
I didn't make ArrowVortex so idc what you do with ModdedVortex (if it gets me in trouble with the devs, please refrain from doing what you did to get me there in the first place)
Download ModdedVortex beta 01
If this doesn't go here, please let me know.

This is actually quite interesting. Using the guide, I took Default AV and was able to add Beatmania IIDX Styles (5 Key, 10 Key, 7 Key and 14 Key!)
I was surprised it would even take 16 buttons!
The only thing now would be noteskins, which I assume is a WIP.

Noteskins isn't a wip... I think.
I didn't want to have to write a possibly super long chapter to the guide for noteskins, but I'll see what I can do.
Edit: For now, you'll have to stick with noteskins working on all styles... unless someone can figure out how to get noteskins working on specific styles.

That's cool. I'll probably have a look at noteskins myself as well.
Edit: Looking into files, it seems that the program determines notes by folders, and in the folder would be .txt files named after your custom style.
Example:
If you determine a style with the ID "2-button", you would the make a folder (noteskins\noteskin name) and in that folder, create a .txt file named "2-button.txt"
At least that's what I gathered so far, I could be wrong.
I'll experiment a little for now.
UPDATE:
I managed to get column based noteskins working, and even coloured according to Beatmania Style!

I will try to write up my own guide for the noteskins, although I'm not the best at writing guides...

Do I have your permission to add the noteskin guide to the guide linked in the first post?

Sure! When I'm done with it.
My guide has a quick overview on your first part as well
Edit: Here's the document, hopefully my explanations aren't trash.
