DDR Graphics Variation & For Non-256x80 conversions

Personal life first, content later. It's a great strat dude. You definitely needed that break after all that moving you did to your new house, especially when you need to get a stable connection for your needs.

BUMP: I would like to contribute to this thread by showcasing the correct background for AFTER THE GAME, as ripped by me from DDR Konamix. The previous version of the background (not made by dancervic) seems to have been photoshopped.


Of course you can also use OP's altered "AFTER THE GAME OF LOVE" background (with the "minus one" subtitle added) if you want to. It's your choice.

BUMP #2: Graphics for AM-3P and GRADIUSIC CYBER extracted from UNIVERSE and UNIVERSE 2 data, respectively. There is no text on either of the banners.




Should I mention how HIDEOUS the dog looks in GRADIUSIC CYBER's graphics!?

In case for DDR UNIVERSE & UNIVERSE2 (XB360 USA) banners, I want them with text on it. I had these before but as what I told you my previous storage was corrupted.

Here's the AM-3P and GRADIUSIC CYBER banners from UNIVERSE 1 and 2 respectively, now with text added on.



This is a close approximation as to how the banners would appear in-game. Similar to DDR 5thMIX, the banners are simply crops and/or modified elements of their respective backgrounds (except for AM-3P and ECSTASY, since they would use their respective banners, and KISS ME ALL NIGHT LONG since it uses a custom textless banner), albeit this time none of the banners have text in them (except for GYRUSS -FULL TILT-); the song name (in Arial Black), subtitle (also in Arial Black, but italicized) and artist name (in Arial) are overlaid on top of the banner.

As for how I got the files, I had an ISO image of the games on hand and decrpyted them using something called Xbox 360 ISO Extractor. I then had the games' data file (I believe OTTOMH it's a .bin file that ends with "...data_US or ...data_EU" depending on the region) scanned using Ravioli Game Explorer, grabbed the banner files and exported them in .PNG format, and cropped out any blank space in GIMP. I had the text for the banners recreated as closely as possible and rendered separately in Inkscape, where they were then ported to GIMP and rendered into a new file.

EDIT 2: AM-3P's banner was in the wrong format (should be .png, not .jpg) so I changed the link to ensure that that banner is in its proper .png format.

Next category will be "Dance Dance Revolution 4thMIX" but before that...

There wasn't, but you can use a program called waifu2x to increase the size of an image while retaining the quality. It's pretty accurate too.
