For the Stay Cool found on many earlier DDR pads and posters alike, the font is Serpentine Std Bold. I see that the archive here has a lot of serpentine options but not specifically the bold one.
Side note:
I could be wrong, but to me it matches up quite well with Modica Ultra

The way the ball terminals are lead me to believe it's something in the Mincho family that's been vertically shrunk and artificially extended.
