It's hardly a 15, and definitely not a 13.

There are a lot of notes for a 14 but there isn't anything super complex about the chart. I might have to play it myself to understand the crossovers a bit more (I'm still learning to read doubles charts without having to stop and figure out which foot goes where) but there is nothing really pushing it over the edge from what I can tell.

I don't know, the entire section between combo 465 ~ 478 is evil. And it does have foot switches (different from Single's).

How much do you want to bet the servers were taken down for so long because they were implementing/setting up the US servers to act like the others? It would make sense, especially if we're getting the exact same events here once it comes to the R1s and D&Bs. 8I

With each update they seem to fix another one of my grips. A small change in this newest update I noticed was with menu time. Before if at the music selection screen you let the time run down to say 1 second before picking your song, it gives you 10 seconds extra to pick options an such. Basically with the new update it gives you 15, a much nicer amount of time.

This is wishful thinking but not necessarily the reason. Could have been down due to unexpected errors or because of the recent song events bringing it down.

I mean, I want to believe it's for the US servers too. I want to see DDR A when I walk into the local D&B this week badly. I just know better than to expect everything is happening because of that.

Considering the D&B here sold the current X2 machine for ~$700, it definitely seems to be happening this month for sure. Whether it is this week, next week, or the very last day of June remains to be seen.

I'd be careful saying that D&B will definitely get DDR A this month. The only confirmed news I know about was about Round1 getting it in June; we still haven't heard anything more from D&B other than it's coming this summer, and rumors seem to point to the contrary (that its release might be pushed back further and less locations than expected will get it).

In all honesty, I do hope that the whole thing about selling the machine there and moving stuff means what I (and everyone else, for that matter) thinks it means.

I'm surprised it didn't sell for LESS, seeing that it was a Betson cabinet.

Yeah it sold for that cheap from what someone there said. Kind of sucks I didn't have any money whatsoever when I heard it sold otherwise I would have tried to buy it for more, especially since the condition of the machine is excellent; the 1P down sometimes sticks but it didn't do that until last month and it is very inconsistent when it does and doesn't do that, and the bass doesn't work well so increasing the volume just makes it sound weird.

Perfect otherwise. I've been beating high scores the past month, so even for a Betson machine it's pretty cheap, whether to keep it or even just sell it for more. It even still gets repairs when things get broken if you bring it up and it's that terrible.

I should mention it is still there and won't move until DDR A arrives, so we aren't left out of DDR until then.

Time to head to my local D&B and buy X2 for cheap.

$700 sounds relatively cheap; not even the original DDR cabinets get sold that cheap on ebay (currently, there's an ITG and an Extreme listed at $2,450 and $2,750 respectively)!

*quietly steps back twice, then hauls ass to Moreno Valley's Round1 to buy their X2*

But seriously, even if it's a Betson, someone got a bargain, and/or that D&B was desperate to get rid of it; if I were the new owner of that X2, I'd imagine it would be a fun restoration project to tackle (even if most of that time would be spent on the dance pad itself).

Two things about it selling at that price though:

1. It wasn't known it was for sale to me until after it was sold, because the tech that told me was interested in buying it himself so maybe nobody really knew because of that. After all, why spread it was for sale if you are interested in it?

2. The person that did buy it works higher up at D&B, so probably got first dibs if they wanted it. Said person is also just going to use it for spare parts rather than keep it for play for themselves or elsewhere.

Oh well, I guess.
