About TimeZone, maybe another gamecentre like Amazone, Stinger or Mr.Token wanna buy SN2 or DDR X. Hopefully , because on Amazone Tunjungan Plaza has PIU ( I asked to Amazone gamecentre staff to bring back PIU machine and all Korean machines and exchange with Japan arcade machine especially DDR SN2). And I have been already asked about SN2 to all TimeZone on Surabaya and they said to wait until they can buy.

Don't hold your breath. The Naoki songs on SN2 aren't going anywhere. He's his own favorite and that's all that matters.

Not saying they will remove anything, AFRONOVA will still be there, but no one is immune to the "KONAMI Dart" where they throw a dart at a list of songs and remove what they hit.

I think no matter which songs are on the game, people will have the idea that they should perfect one song at a time. I knew to play several different songs in certain ranges, but I figure out things much more quickly than average players.

Why does it matter to you if people play Afronova all the time?

Let them play their songs, and you play yours...

Anytime you hear a song over and over, you're going to get tired of it. Less experienced players tend to prefer Afronova, but it's not as bad as beginners whoring Graduation and Speed Over Beethoven.

If I like a song, I'll play it enough to avoid feeling like I'm ignoring it, but not so much I'm overplaying it.

Well I have to confesrs that when i started playing DDR Afronova was my whore song for a while.

I think it's a good song with a great chart, since it's tricky, but still very fun on Difficult (which is what less advanced players would be playing it on).
I think that if people were to outright tell them they were getting annoyed or that the song is lame, it would probably break a few newer players. People need to see it from their point of view.

I'll admit that it gets annoying when it's played VERY damn time, but I just leave them be, because I know that was me ~6 years ago (Although I was still better than most people who whored it, since I actually knew what I was doing )

*raises hand* I was one of those, though not AFRONOVA. My whore song (when I started, back in '01) was HERO (HAPPY GRANDALE MIX). I basically ended my set with that song every time. Since then, I can't play the song because there's no 5th mix machine around here. Oh, and AFRONOVA is painfully fun.

When I started playing DDR, it was DDR for PSX. I looked at Afronova on and thought it had like 50 feet. I said to myself, I wish I can play that song.

8 years later and I actually try and pass it. Woo, goal passed.

The spins and double steps in that song are deadly.
