Yes one of them has BPM changes, much like this one.
chart contains rolls, so that sets a difference out of it.Key changes happen at 0:24, 0:44 and 1:25 approx., so thrice it happen.
Why I step this file is because I played keternal's file of it way back and seeing it only has
+ charts, I decided to give it my own spin, adding + charts. Comparing mine and keternal's file will certainly show many differences.

I have seen that some files have patterns that seem to double-steps but are acceptable in pad style (like crossovers).

I'll say crossovers and spins/half spins are acceptable if they follow something in the music worth of using them and if the BPM is not too fast (and they are NOT doublesteps!!)

Haha, no worries. I always go to that channel for my SDVX NOFX-related audios. That's where I got the audio for my 2 Minutes Fighters, Black or White?, Firestorm, Gekkou Ranbu, Help Me Erin Venus Mix simfiles to name a few.

Chart patterns are very messy. Rhythms seem...okay. Some were just plain wrong. Also I'd recommend staying away from 16th jacks under most circumstances. Chart is definitely not worthy of a 9, though. Feels more like a 7 overall.

The chart was pretty good (patterns were fine, rhythms were accurate), but idk. For me, the song itself felt so laid back and the high difficulty of this song didn't really feel...warranted, I guess? I did really like the effects towards the end, though, nice touches there!
