City Bold for the top, City Medium for the bottom (I believe the 2 has a serif in Bold? Not near a PC to check.)

I believe it's called something like Fancy Balloons, its a dynafont and in the font pack.

Does anybody know Come to Life and Emera's title and artist font?
I tried Signboard for Come to Life's artist text but it doesn't have letters in lower caps.

Emera's a match and Come to Life's kinda close to Helvetica, thank you
