Until we get anymore confirmation, I'm filing GOLD RUSH and MEI under "rumour mill." I find it hard to believe they'd add that much to the AOU2010 demo. This isn't the final version, and we already know more of the song list via testing and demo than is usual for BEMANI games and past DDR games. Plus, we're getting into slightly excessive crossover territory.

also Gold Rush, okay that's interesting. Mei, I agree will probably only be a 12. They won't step the chart to most of the beats because that's where it would get too hard/too ITG. And Konami are reluctant to make charts with many fast 16th streams. It's gonna be interesting to see what they do.

In case any Konami employees are reading this: I'm glad to hear web editor functionality will return but I'm hoping it will become less clunky, update with the unlocks as they get released, and become available on more systems. An ability to scroll one beat or one measure with the keyboard would be invaluable - as it stands, the arrow keys only scroll one pixel at a time, and the scroll bar arrows only scroll 4 pixels. It takes a lot of extra time to use the mouse for arrow placement and then move it all the way to the scroll bar each time, especially on a touchpad. I've also heard complaints that the edit creation process requires creating a .zip file, which is a Windows-only file type.

Oh, right. WinRAR's .ZIP format didn't work - they gave the error "File name cannot be empty". I only got the editor to work when using Send to->Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Actually, that's not horrible news. I suspect the chart will end up looking like OUTER LIMITS x S·A·G·A, or maybe x Unreal when not on crack. So yeah, a 12, maybe extending up to a 13 or 14 on doubles.
