fix'd the SF4 comparison because the arcade cast featured everyone from the first version of SF2 with only 4 new playable characters.

as for them reviving 1st/2nd mix songs because we havent had them in a longer period of time compared to 4th mix, try playing 4th mix. it had damn near all of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd songs (what was missing? strictly business and so many men? only 2 songs). a lot of them were also in 5th mix, and extreme of course revived quite a bit.

its most likely the "catering to long time players" thing. seeing as we HAVE had 1st/2nd mix licenses recently, despite what you try to claim, i doubt thats the reason.

What i wanted to say, is the final release is different in USA, Europe, or Japan.
A Japan DDRX seems quite good. But i played on a French one... damn, the screen lag is really really bad.
