That's a year to the day after SDVX IV, coincidentally. It's almost 14 months since the release of SINOBUZ and over two months since the final song, so yeah I'd say that's rather late.
In fact, if we take a look at the release dates of the past ten installments...
Every game since DJ TROOPERS has been released towards the end of the year, typically between September to November. CANNON BALLERS has the latest release date of any game in the series (assuming Wikipedia's info is accurate).

Good luck with that, none of the other DDR 19s have crossovers - in general, the biggest and baddest songs generally remain exclusive to their games, until enough time has passed such that they are no longer the biggest and baddest boss songs. You have about as good a chance getting iLLness LiLin getting crossed over. Or getting Mare Nectaris crossed over to DDR. Which could happen, but probably not for a long time.

Didn't stop MAX 300 from being the first Extra Stage in DDR and IIDX. But yeah, I don't exactly remember the most difficult boss songs crossing over much, except for maybe DDR to IIDX in the years up to DJ TROOPERS. Only song I can think of that isn't one of those is Mei in DDR.
I feel like I'm contradicting myself.

I get that "Leg" means "stage" in a Cannonball Run road-racing sense, but surely it'd work better as the names for unlock phases instead of its currency.

I think it may end up being the newer PC we've been seeing in some of the newer games and kits (the Windows 7 Embedded one)
