This to me, was a REALLY big disappointment...

...HOWEVER, I will STILL stick to my belief that we still don't have all songs unlocked for DDR X US CS. Unless someone shows me definite proof that there is no way in hell that there are any hidden song/s in the game, i will rest my case.

There are no additional songs on the disc besides the ones you can unlock. There's no way there would be a hidden song unless it was DLC or a supplemental disc.

...still, i just think there is SOMETHING hidden in the game...Konami might pull an Extreme and put out a code someday, idk i just think there is something hidden within the game, what it may be? I have no clue.

They could of at least given us a message that we unlocked every song.

EXACTLY!! Of all the messages that we have unlocked throughout the game, RIGHT after you pass Afro's Story(or unlock Pluto Relinquish), more than likely by that time you SHOULD have unlocked all songs...

...so then why doesn't it show it? That message has been shown in almost ALL DDR PS2 US games (If I recall). Also, has anyone ever gotten to 100% on the Information page?

From what I've been reading, it appears that X (Or at least, just the new cabinet) will be released in December rather than January. Just rumors for now...

In any event, they probably just want to take use of the edit features. If your machine has e-amuse, you'll definitely want to come back to the AC machine to participate in Internet Rankings and come play the published edit data.

Once again, they get it so much better.

The software that is used to rip the songs off the disc for the simfiles would also uncover any hidden songs. That is how we know there aren't any hidden songs.

i sometimes wish that wasn't true but i guess we just have to face the facts that there is no hidden songs whatsoever.
i'm betting you that japan's CS will get a 20 footer. and that song will end up in our next CS. just watch me be right

I still think that the 18 is the maximum.
An example: The rubbish stepchart of Dead End GRS which is already an 18 -.-;
Then Hades , Relinquish , etc... (Maybe all 18 to be confirm on the final version again?)
i really couldn't imagine how hard it is anymore.
Maybe the most, they will just throw in more Shock arrowsssssssssss to form 19-20 i guess. =_=

I can almost pass Trigger (failed at the last second!!!) but i get demolished at the last sped-up runs on Relinquish and

I'd have to bump up Relinquish and Hades up above 18...

Yea, that's what i am keeping my eye on..it's weird that none of the "boss" songs in the US mix are colored "red" anymore...unless you get them for ES and EES. What i think is just too weird is that there is no indication that we have all songs for the US mix...Extreme did this (and i didn't even know...until after BK released a code to get that song) HOWEVER i know that some people knew that the song was on the game, they just didn't know how to get it...

*sigh* guess we have to face facts and just say that Konami forgot to put the "All songs unlocked" notice in the game.

maybe you just weren't active in the community at the time, but memories was found on the disc on the release date. i've had it via hacked save since the month the game came out, others have had it as well. other people have hacked the disc to enable all the songs from the start, and got memories that way. either way, if more songs were there, they would have been extracted and at least enabled via action replay or save hacking by now.

if konami does have something hidden in there, shocked wont even begin to describe my feelings on the situation.

n00b, read my last post, i do say that we have known that MEMORIES was in DDR Extreme before BK released the code to get it. (I read the post about it and yes, you were the one to know about the song being hidden in the game).

All i am saying is that i just find it odd that Konami didn't put the "all songs unlocked" notice in the game, which can mean only two things:
1) they were too lazy to put it into the game and make SOME of us think that there are still hidden songs left to unlock.
or
2) There may be hidden songs within the game, we just don't know how to unlock it.

i think as of now, it may be #1, but i just hope it can also be #2.

There are no hidden songs. If there were any, people would have hacked a game save just like they did with Memories on EXTREME US. Konami forgot to put the "All songs unlocked" message, end of story.

I'm hoping this gets some of those new konami originals from Universe 3.

The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has revealed that (at least the PS2 version, since the magazine only covers home version news) Dance Dance Revolution X will feature avex's rhythm zone artist Takazuki Satomi's 2007 debut song, Tabibito.

This isn't Satomi's only project with KONAMI at the moment. She's also involved in the upcoming Nintendo DS Suikoden game doing some voice acting and vocal themes for that project.
