To distinguish this title from the very first edition in its series, it should be renamed to "Dance Dance Revolution 2013" (If "Dance Dance Revolution X 4" cannot be used).

I'm pretty sure people will be able to tell the difference between DDR 1998 and DDR 2013 out of context. I'm sure they're call this DDR because there will be no more series of games, so to speak. This is the last version that will just receive continuous updates.

But those of us who (aren't even allowed to) pay for that aren't getting random colors... Perfects flash green. Marvelous flash white. There is no yellow.

I'll check the Singles chart, however there is still no artist listed in-game for the song. Nor is it listed anywhere on the credit screens. AKB is currently the most popular act in Japan, I doubt very seriously that the labels owning the original would allow it to be used without credit.

Any of the features exclusive to the 315-yen-per-month deal. (everything for DDR, SDVX, and REFLEC BEAT. afaik jubeat is the only game where you don't have to pay to see your play data.)

Butterfly is in the DDRX folder.

Alan doesn't have a DDR 14 machine to boot up and copy down the songlist, he can only go on what others are reporting, and the majority of reports only mention which songs are visibly missing, not which songs are actually still in place.

you are referring to "butterfly [2008 X-edit]" of "DDR X"and i already know that, i'm just referring to "butterfly" under "DDR 1st" because the database says...

Yes, the Database is wrong. There is no correct and collated record of the songlist availible on the internet yet. The people who care about putting together such a thing just don't have access to machines.

It'll be complete and correct when someone has the resources availible to do so.

They only kept the X-edit version of butterfly. And it's in the DDR X folder.


As far as licenses are concerned?

Osaka Evolved is now a 13 and 15 on difficult and expert, New York Evolved difficult a 13, Keep on Movin' Remix is a 14 on expert... Definitely agree with these, but anyone got a full list or something here?

the point difference feature is there, you need to hit 00 on the keypad to bring the menu up and then pick score to compare (0-self, 1-machine, 2-area, 3-world, 456-rival IIRC)
