Not sure if I'll have time to submit this week on account of me moving (damn, I'm not the only one?), but I've been working on a thing that people might be interested in looking at (which I've also posted on the RM discord): progress trackers for everyone in the contest! It's a work in progress, though - at the moment, it only contains the current top 16 participants, those who were in the top 16 but dropped out (Gameoson, Pie, and Ian), VanEden, and myself. I'll try and get everyone in here by the end of the regular weeks!

Fracture Ray / Sakuzyo

This is my second time stepping an Arcaea song this contest, and another Future 11 at that! Every chart except for satisfies this week's requirements. I would recommend taking a look at both and if possible, since the challenge charts are done essentially completely in ITG style!

Well, when we started to scratch the territory of unconventional rhythm, I know Frums' stuff wouldn't disappoint in that matter. All difficulties aside from implements some sort of unconventional rhythm, with clocking in to implements 32nd triplet.

Honestly could be a 17 but the song is pretty short so I don't think it fits.

Major Update
Changes:
• Added Basic 5.
• Moved Unranked 17 to Edit.
• Revised most swings to use 64ths instead of 96ths.
• Nerfed some patterns in Expert 13.
• Background video edited from Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Rebellion Story (exported at 360p).

For my file this week (Fracture Ray), I edited S- slightly and rerated S- and D- to 18 following some feedback. Please redownload the file if you've already downloaded it. As I said before, S- is very technical, so I would recommend checking out S- as well!

I started this song for week 7, but it was a little to complex for week 7. Week 8's outside of the normal steps range was perfect for this song. Hope you enjoy the Blue Grass.

Was originally going to step Touch n Go from REV. SUNRISE in honor of Paisley Parks making it to BEMANI, but it turns out footwork rhythms are a nightmare to chart, so here's a cbREV song with much less swing instead.
