AWWWW 81 songs in the game for Japan, wow thats 6 more songs than what we got, They seriously have to make one more DDR for us with atleast 80 songs on it.

i think i've found a pattern. US CS's get somewhere between 70 and 79 songs, Europe gets under 70 songs, and Japan gets over 80 songs. At this moment I want to slap the people who on develop DDR games. They have no respect for DDR fans outside of Japan

Europe has less songs since, Megamix didn't have the club version songs and other iidx crossovers and Fever didn't have the challenge remixes (tho i'm still inclined to hate it).
I still can't understand why the second batch of covers (Sloth Music Project) were not released in other CS versions. And what did Europe do to deserve being late (was it because a Euro Konami website was hacked at one point)?

I think Konami is only considering boss songs for the AC when they chose X-Specials.

I thought they were part of the tenth anniversary, that's why only Paranoia and Trip Machine (being on the first version) have X-Specials.
But maybe an e-amuse update will grant us more X-Specials (like that Candy one, which has a lot wondering).

Do we have a full Version of A Geisha's Dream for those who have the OST?

That's a good question. To add to that, if there is a nonstop megamix for X, can someone post it on the thread for it?Post #830 · Posted at 2009-02-01 09:45:30am 16.3 years ago

I noticed that the "MARVELOUS" doesn't shine on CS JP, while on the AC version it shines.

It does, but you have to start the song with MARVELOUS steps. If you get a PERFECT,it will stop shining and the combo counter will turn yellow. If you get a GREAT,same thing happens but it will turn green.
To get the glow back, you have to end your combo and start with MARVELOUSES again.

When you play the AC version, you will get what i mean. Every "MARVELOUS" wording will shine regardless of any other judgement you get. It's like the DDR EXTREME "MARVELOUS", where both the AC & CS do shine =)

For the CS it still look like SN2 [0,000,000]
Lol.

Hahahaha kinda blame US for those glitches... and Japan getting lazy to develop completely the CS Version of every game. They didn't even implement the dance routines... and the stormy background is still there.

Japan just takes everything for granted and take the US CS system.Quote: SteveSnowmn

Well at least we got a near-full arcade songlist, excluding bemani crossovers, JP licenses and x-specials, and we also got some licenses, including HERO (2008 X-edit), which were excluded in JP AC and JP CS

Compared to SN2, DDR X is pretty much even for NA and Japan except for the combo splashes, Japanese licenses, a couple of other songs and the horrific SMM specials.
It does suck that we didn't get Ubertreffen though. I'd also kill to play SP-TM (SMM Special).
I managed to upload the PARANOiA Dirty Mix (SMM Special) on my DDR Extreme game. It looks... weird to say the least. While it's a perfect match, it's just plain scary how fast and "silent" the crossovers are. I can't find a beat to match that death run period.
By the way, I heard something about a "fixed" Horatio
. Is there a video of that?
