Very nice job Al, I have a couple of suggestions.
Can we have the ability to mark additional information for each machine? For example, on a DDR machine check a box for things like memory card slots, Joint Premium, etc. on an in the groove machine check a box for machine revision (r21, r23), dedicab, hacked, etc.
Also can you give users the ability to edit their comments (I want to refine what I wrote for a location I just added)?

All extra stuff like Joint Premium, should be put in the Location Information field.
Click Edit Location under the Contact Number bit to edit the location you just added.
Comments can't be edited at the moment though...

Bump: Clicking on a marker now lists the games in that location rather than town, county, country and continent.
Bump 2: You are now able to set longitude, latitude and zoom on maps for countries, sub-regions and cities.

Just a quick message, but after reading bacon's request, I wanted to offer the list of 659 arcades in Japan with DDR (and other music games in those arcades) from ddr-navi.jp, but it would be quite a task to input each one manually. Is there any format I could put the data in so you could use it more efficiently.

CSV format would be good I suppose. I'm not sure what data you have but here are the required fields:
Sub-Region (would be Province in Japan),
Town/City,
Arcade Name,
Games (DDRX2JP:200:3|DDRSN2JP:200:3) -> DDR X2 @ 200 yen / 3 songs & DDR SN2 @ 200 yen / 3 songs, if prices/songs are unknown, leave it like (DDRX2JP::|DDRSN2JP::)
Longitudes and latitudes for each arcade would be great too.
Or you can just hand over the data and I'll figure it out one way or another. :D

quick note, Taiko no Tatsujin in your list only goes up to 11. We have 13.
Also, adding Rhythm Tengoku would be nice.

Excellent, thanks. I don't think there are any other obscure Bemani/music games you might need to add...but I'll let you know if there is (I don't think there are any Jaleco Stepping Selection machines left)

One last thing I notice is that there are arcades not updated in ddr-navi.jp since July 7th 2010 (when X2 came out). Just about every arcade that had X would have upgraded to X2, so it is a safe assumption to just change all of them to X2 and set back the few stragglers after all the dust has settled. (i.e. I notice Ikebukuro St. Tropez only lists X but I know for a fact it is X2, also DM/GF XG is there)
