imagine being such a miserable person that you don't want anything new unless it's amazing according to you.
I never said this, what are you on about? Theres nothing wrong with wanting a certain level of quality in the content that gets added to a game, otherwise why continue to add content if it isn't good or what people want to play?

I think what he’s getting at is the fact that the definition of “quality” is largely based on personal preference.

What you don't play isn't what everyone else doesn't play.
Also what you believe to be bad quality isn't what others consider bad quality.
In this very thread, we had people completely shit all over AFA Challenge and others just a few posts later found it to be incredibly fun.
It's a video game with things you don't have to play. If you don't like it, you don't have to force yourself to play it. You get nothing from playing literally everything in the game, and the game does not force you to play anything you don't want to outside of another player choosing songs. It's much better as an arcade game in this matter, since other games require you to deal with any bad parts to progress to an end-goal while music games... well, there is no "end" to worry about.

Everyone's forgetting the (sorta) return of Matsuri Japan within DDR Megamix.
That and Dive! Please revive these two along with the megamix.
I don't think Matsuri Japan can come back, unless they replace it with the vocal-less version from PNM (which might not work, as I think some of the steps went to the vocals).

I don't wanna go off-topic, but DYNAMITE RAVE may have the new vocals (Brenda Burch and VAL TIATIA) and retained the step charts from 3rdMIX, but do the steps still sync with the vocals and raps?
(This is a question from someone who plays the new version of DYNAMITE RAVE on HOTTEST PARTY 3 with its own set of charts and the old version of DYNAMITE RAVE with 3rdMIX's charts.)

I'm not sure why everyone is getting so heated over this. The songs are respectable, if a bit random. It's neat to have DDR Megamix in the game. Can't y'all wait for the charts to come out before you start complaining about how konami only gives us horrible content instead of complaining because it's not the one specific song you wanted?

Ehhhh kinda? An attempt was made and the new lyrics don't completely ruin the flow of the song.

Personally I haven't had any issue with playing the new song with the old steps, but I guess I'll leave it to you to decide that for yourself.(This is a question from someone who plays the new version of DYNAMITE RAVE on HOTTEST PARTY 3 with its own set of charts and the old version of DYNAMITE RAVE with 3rdMIX's charts.)
If anything, Rescue Me with MEMORIES' charts felt a little more odd...

Agreed. I think one too many people have their heads up their ass.
Even though I rarely play on an actual arcade machine, I'm looking forward to DDR Megamix. I liked this one when playing on SM.

wow, they're crossing a bunch of old songs that were already in DDR (but as a mashup now!! eccentric!!) and a remix of another old song that no one really asked for
really epic thanks
at least the other content we've been getting lately is good

Anyone who honestly thinks Love Shine wonderful mix is a decent addition to DDR A has obviously never heard the song.
It's also so similar in terms of flow of the original song, I don't know what Konami could really add to the song other than random BPM changes that didn't exist in the original song.
I'm also rather sick of Konami sucking ARM's dick.

I'm gonna try to add some positivity here, too.
I listen to Love♡Shine わんだふるmix and I find it cute in its own way. Also, if it is going to get added to DDR, it will be one of those few SOUND VOLTEX songs being crossed over to other BEMANI games WITHOUT the need of a Floor Infection unlocking system.

There are much worse sounding songs in DDR, dude lol. And commenting on similar flow less than a month after an update involving 2 remixes that didn't sound all that different is laughable.

ok but consider this: it's a waste of a crossover

yeah man let's add some bullshit that no one wanted because it could be worse. and let's not complain about bad/lazy content because there was good content before!!
ddr players are an enigma

Good two nostaligic songs for the AC but the importance for me is the chart. I wouldn't like a bad chart in good songs again as it happened in sakura reflection and others.

I agree. A step chart can make or break a song, but it is highly subjective and whether it is good or bad is up to the player's perception.

I'm excited for the new additions. MEGAMIX might be pretty old at this point and the other song is a remix of a different old song, but to me they're good. I'm excited for them to be in DDR. If people don't think so, that's fine too. It's not that deep.
But to be completely honest who thought "fan favorite" was going to be anything other than nostalgic shit? Like really? It's DDR that's par for the course.
