I'm really liking Ace For Aces Learning the speed changes on my own was really fun for me. I think it's pretty interesting how they use decelerating BPM a bunch of times (like the BRAKE mod almost)

I absolutely love Pursuer, both song and charts. The style of the chart feels so different from pretty much all past DDR charts. The use of 24ths and 48ths is so rare and I'm glad to see them utilized well. The crossovers too are really cool.

How the hell are we gonna make a simfile for AfA? There's too many different BPMs per chart.

We've had a simfile for it for a while. It works on SM5 with split BPM.

I would if the chart didn't suck more than a Las Vegas prostitute during a Trump rally.

It really isn't that bad. It just takes some memorization and practice like an actual dance would. Patterning-wise, it's one of the most straightforward of the 18's.

But it's whatever, the "don't play it if you don't like it" argument works well here.

AfA certainly is...something, really.
I don't dislike it, not at all. Subjectively, I like how some of the gimmicks look, such as the stop at the beggining, the BPM changes, and the "Wave/Earthworm" section in the middle.
However...
I don't know a lot about how they play.
All I will say, is that for some reason, the chart patterns (especially the 12th notes to 8th notes at the start) remind me of some edits I have made "casually" for some songs.
I don't know how that makes me feel.

You could just not play it.

I could, but I still made it a goal to pass every chart in the game. And that's a goal I still plan on sticking to. So I'm gonna play it again and again. Even though I still think it's the worst bullshit ever.

Not that I disagree it's a terrible chart or anything.
