Re-Order takes the person with the least money left in the game and re-orders every digit of their total other than the first into descending order, and then takes the person with the most money and re-orders every digit of their total other than the first into ascending order. Last time it was K-Step and randomness, and the amount shifted were tiny. Let's see what happens now!
