I'm pretty sure that because they released both challenge charts at once, they had to either leave us without Night of Nights challenge or give us a region locked song and uhh, I'm pretty sure we see what they went with...
We might end up getting it at a later update but I really wouldn't hold your breath...

I can't see that making sense. In Between was able to be released at the same time so "same time releases" can't have been the culprit.We might end up getting it at a later update but I really wouldn't hold your breath...

The way I see it, they bundled the charts together but released the song separately because Extra Exclusive. I'm not sure how these things work but it's just a shot in the dark.
