There was nonstop megamixes on SuperNOVA, its sequel, and X mixed with hottest party 2.

No announcer, but there are some remixes there. If I remember, there was a remix of MARS WARS 3 by DJ Mass MAD Izm*, I'm trying to think anything else from these megamixes.

I believe that was the only song that had a unique mix, and despite everyone hyping it up, it was just the regular song with a bunch of scratch samples layered on top. It was a letdown

RISING FIRE HAWK was actually omitted from the IIDX 24 part of the OST for some reason.

i assume it's becasue then it'd debut on a wrong game OST

X2 was the first OST with no megamix. It DID contain all of the crossovers, including IIDX and Universe 3 though, IIRC. So it was basically 2 discs just for the DDR tracks.

BTW, I have no idea why some people are complaining that they should use the Nhato remix of Alien Alien instead of the original.

Time will tell, but I'm not surprised. I don't think Konmai is worried about us datamining, since we've clearly been doing that forever and it hasn't killed them yet... just us spreading that stuff to casuals. We are still a minority in their market.

But I guess it gives me reason to try out DDR anyways if I ever visit Japan in the near future even though I have DDR A just 10-15 minutes away from my house here in Canada I guess
