WWE Title: I'm really upset with how underwhelming this feud has been so far. Nu-205 Live does the HONOROBARU FIGHTING CHAMPION shtick better than Aj and Nak, and heel Nak, while entertaining as hell, is still wrestling like he couldn't give a single fuck. 1.5/5

Taker/Rusev: 2.5/5 RIP Aiden

Lesnar/Reigns: Imagine being such a shit "top guy" that even in the holy land of faithful WWE marks you get booed. Also, Reigns being a shit performer fucked this finish entirely. Also also continued next. 3/5

Oil Money Rumble: This was pretty fun. Braun got the coronation that everyone thought Reigns was getting, and that's really nice. I want Braun and his big ass hands to win all the things. 3.5/5

The show was really average up until Titus came out. Probably my favorite wrestling moment since DB winning the title at Mania 30. So many botches on this show it wasn’t even funny. I can foresee an entire Botchamania episode for just this PPV.

1) John Cena vs Triple H
good match to start with, use big names people know. finish looked like a competition to see how many finishers they could land before they got bored

2) Cedric Alexander vs Kalisto (205 Live Championship)
really good match, high energy, I like that. house matches can be better than what is on TV sometimes.

3) Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy vs Cesaro and Sheamus (Raw Tag Team Championship)
and sometimes house matches are not better than TV matches and just go by really fast.

4) Jeff Hardy vs Jinder Mahal (US Championship)
they wrestled on RAW recently and I wish this match could have had about half the charm that one did. Jeff went for a whisper in the wind and totally missed, Jinder sold it like the actual wind landed the move and took the bump, good botch dork.

5) Bludgeon Bros. vs The Usos (Smackdown Tag Team Championship)
somebody said this was literally, move-for-move, the exact same match they just had at the last house show before this.
makes sense if you think about it. also, squash match, gotta make em look FORD TOUGH.

6) Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor vs Samoa Joe vs The Miz (Ladder Match) (Intercontinental Championship)
Best overall match. Very good, single ladder for this match is rare nowadays. Was nice to see all four of them utilize it to their strengths and dish out a beating in some way. Finn was like a foot from the belt towards the end with everyone out of the ring, suddenly Seth pops out of fucking nowhere, leaps from the ropes onto the ladder, runs up to the top, grabs the belt, and drops down, winner winner. Makes Balor look like a huge geek, and the whole series of events felt like something that should have involved The Miz instead.

7) AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE Championship)
I think house shows are the only times you can do double KOs and it's ok, the crowd will forgive you cause even if nobody won they still got to see the champion get nut punched, and what 10 year old isn't into that? This is a good match but nobody will remember because it's double countout and it's a fucking house show.

also, Nakamura is winning at Backlash anyway so who cares lol

8) The Undertaker vs Rusev (Casket Match)
Aiden English might be dead, that's what the casket is for, that piledriver was fucked

9) Brock Lesnar vs Roman Reigns (Universal Championship)
So Brock won but he didn't, Reigns very clearly touched the floor ages before Lesnar ever rolled off the cage wall after the spear knocked it down. Man, if only there was a show tomorrow to quickly clear things up, or if this were on closer to monday.

10) 50 Man Royal Rumble
can't believe there's a trophy and a belt for this event, my god.
So this was three things. (1) A way to give Daniel Bryan the record for longest length of time in a rumble match. (2) A way to push Strowman further by giving him a belt even though it's nothing that gets him closer to either of the top title belts, BUT YOU MADE HIM LOOK STRONG even though everyone knows already. and (3) a way to give almost every single make superstar a chance to shine, if for a brief moment in some cases. Rumble matches are hit or miss for me, this was a whiff, did not hold my attention for very L O N G stretches of time, sans the iconic Titus slip n slide moment that will be replayed for decades. Braun won, good for him, I really don't know what this is supposed to do for him long term.
