How about the different banners for Highs Off U? I'm pretty sure the arcade versions have different variations from the U.S. Extreme version, even though they're the same chart and tune. I can't upload them, I'll try to though.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! if you take a look that kind of GAME ANIMATION SCREEN, it was cropped! removing ther rounded corners and shifted to a rectanguular cropped trsk tsk tsk!
hey woman, don't just depend by screenshooting up with MAME, cos im sure you will do EDITING (FANMADE/CUSTOMIZATION) by removing FRAMES/ GAME GRAPHICS etc

in "DDR Solo 2000" (ASIAN/JAPAN)
it has rounded frame and at the back of it, it has a 192X87 ROUNDED CORNER with TRANSPARENCY banner

"DDR EXTREME2" (PS2 USA) is a different case!
it has rounded frame but at the back of it, it has a 256X80 RECTANGULAR (NO TRANSPARENCY) banner

Banners for the first three and The Twist do not really exist. The ones in the simfiles were cropped and shopped from their backgrounds. As for Swing It, I'll put it up in a few.
