It records a video of the playthrough, that you can (only?) upload to Youtube at the end of the song. I'm pretty sure you can't record the licenses.

That's only 'cause finishing a Freeze arrow gives you 1 towards your your combo. It's been like that since X2 home.

Because it led to the undeniable fact that almost everyone who owns this game and a PS3 apparently do not own a capture device .
Case in point: no line-out vids of the PS3 licenses (except for Animal), when we got truckloads of lineouts for other songs, including The Island Song and Time. But this is me ranting about the legal shortcomings of a feature.

I do agree with you on it not being a major feature, especially on the interview on Facebook. His words sounded like "There is at least a mode that uses the Playstation Move." to me.
