I like mellow stuff, although this felt a little bland it was worth the full four minute listen.
It also felt like SFX was thrown in haphazardly, not adding much to the song. Doing this "throwing around waterdrop SFX and shit" is a cheap way to make your song "ambient". I know this because I used to do this all the time.
The last minute adds a nice little... er, wavy-type synth (come on, do I have to know ALL the words?) to round it off.
OVERALL: It's quite nice and it's a shame ambient electronic music like this has taken a backseat to more in-your-face mister wubby wub wubberson bullshit in modern music culture.

Probably some of the worst menu music in the DDR series, but it's not unlistenable. EXTREME has a bunch of better menu music under its sleeve (SELECT is iconic) though.
one of the most touching demos i've heard, and the fact that Brian had the balls to release something so vulnerable is a testament to his legacy; you can hear just how poor his health was at this point in time, mentally and physically. his voice rough and shaken, nothing reminiscent of the cherubic bliss that was found in the earlier Beach Boys material. but still, he sings about powering through and dreaming of bigger and brighter things. just brings a tear to my eye.
