as i know, there are three types of dance routine.

1.Original Routine (several new songs)
2.Regular Combination of some routine (other new song, stop at the end of the song)
3.Random Combination of some routine (old song, don't stop at the end of the song)

dream machine would be ... type 1?

On The Break needs a more energetic routine.

wait... I thought all the new songs had type one, excluding ones with videos (of course) and the x-specials. all the videos i've seen have had new routines, excluding x-specials.

I think those are just the *new* random dance patterns. They look better because they're new. Kinda like the routines introduced in Ultramix and Universe. They look better because they're different but they're still random (Although I wouldn't mind seeing my dancer with seven backups like U3 on an arcade machine).

I believe PORIRIZUMU is on that list as well.

Typo?

In the latest DDR From Staff blog, Rena notes that "will and Beautiful Inside (Cube::Hard Mix) from Hottest Party and Reach The Sky (Orbit1 Remix) from Furu Furu Party are in the arcade edition of DDR X"

Obviously that's wrong. Currently the only song from Furu Furu Party in DDR X is Loving You (Epidemik Remix). But could this mean that Reach the Sky is coming as a later unlock?

It's a Naoki song (?), so....yes.

But...Reach the Sky? Into Your Heart or Closer to my Heart would be better.

The vast majority of HOTTEST PARTY/2 KO's are NAOKI; HP2 makes most of them remixes of rough originals, so the story goes. So yeah, TAYA is the vocalist, NAOKI is the composer, arranged by Orbit1.

Personally I'd eventually like to see most of the Wii KOs land on AC. Nothing to lose with more content. Especially if they take the opportunity to clean up some of the step charts (and banners; someone needs to redo SUPER SAMURAI when it goes to AC).

I completly agree, some of the hp songs are amazing, they just need less jumps in the charts. However I agree that reach the sky is kick but. That song is on the 25 most played songs in my iPod
