If the 12ths were stepped as well as the rest of the chart, it probably could've been one of the best/most fun harder charts in DDR. But no.
Oboro has replay value at least. Nothing really special about the patterning though.

I agree that DADADADADADADADADADA's
is overall pretty good. The jacks are pretty crazy, but they're reasonably doable with one foot (I know because I tried them today). Managed to get like 988k (which for me is a higher score for a 16).
Loved playing Oboro totally blind (without seeing a video first). It's an awesome chart that's pretty nicely made. Made for a nice sightread PFC on my part)

After watching these challenge charts for these two songs which I love, I must say that I honestly expected Oboro's to be harder...
But it isn't a bad chart at all! It's really well-done.
Maybe I shall make my own harder Oboro sometime...
I prefer DADADADADADADADA's challenge chart, though...It looks crazy and fun!

As someone who utilizes jacks on certain charts (ex. Mambo Carribean 5 on BemaniBeats), I wholeheartedly approve and love the
chart for DA*10. Just saying.

Right, mathing it up, those jacks are basically 16ths at 117.
I don't think that's that bad, to be honest.

Dadadadadadadada has good challenge charts simply because they are fun and not serious.
Oboro is good too.
It's like they had fun making the charts.

So is it easier to try DADADADADADADADA jacks with two feet or just do my best with one?

If you are able to lift your feet up one after another then yeah, go with two.

I hear that it was intended to be hit with two.

The D-
also has the 12th DADADADADADADADA jacks. I honestly don't know what makes that chart one level lower than S-
.
plays more like a lower-to-middle 12 than a 13, in my opinion.
And... I was wrong here. D-
is a 14. Harder than singles by quite a margin, too.

wonder what the doubles
for Oboro be like bc the doubles
is a 13
Probably a harder 13, since it happens quite a bit. Having said that, 朧 D-

If it's intended to be a footswitch, it's a pretty poor idea to put it on the left or right arrow; footswitches have historically almost always been on the up or down arrows, since those are equally easy to hit with both feet (I mean, with a few notable exceptions, PARANOiA Revolution has some L and R footswitches, but it's a 19 footer, so HEH).
I don't like to think it's an intentional jack, but as I mentioned earlier, other rhythm games intend you to hit repeatedly with your hand, so the slamming one foot into the arrow repeatedly might be how it's intended to be done.

The most fun thing about this song is everyone trying differents strategies to overcome those jacks. Almost the same thing when the
chart of Wadatsumi appeared
