DDR/DS SuperNOVA2 Countdown Thread

I'm going to pick up Halo tomorrow and I'm gonna try to talk the people into letting me get my SuperNOVA2 copy then.

So maybe I'll be the first in the US to play it ;D

If they have it in the store, I see no reason why they wouldn't let you buy it.

Odds are they won't, though. More than likely, most stores won't have their copies until the afternoon of release day. (That's what I keep telling myself, as I won't be able to pick it up until after my last class, which gets out at 5PM)

well i just called my local gamestop and they are having the game available for the public on the same day as the release day...im so happy coz it's very close to my house so i'll probably be the first person with a supernova 2 in my area!!!!

Hmm, that's pretty interesting. Maybe a lot of us can actually get it on the first day this year. I think the only place that had it on the first day last year was Wal-Mart .

YEAH THAT WOULD BE VERY AWESOME...I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT!!! MAYBE KONAMI SAW THE GREAT DEMAND OF SUPERNOVA LAST YEAR THAT THEY DECIDED TO DO IT DIFFERENT THIS YEAR!!!

i already made arangements with the guys at gamecrazy here to pick up my SN2 durring the midnight halo 3 sale, the only thing is i have to wait in line with a bunch of halo addicts. i cant wait to see the look on their faces when i get to the counter and buy a DDR game

WOW!!! that's kool I might just go to GAMESTOP RIGHT NOW AND TRY TO DO THE SAME THING...maybe it will work LOL!!!

Take that situation, replace halo addicts with Metroid Prime 3 fans (me being one of them) and the DDR kid with a lady who wants to buy a Wii.

It was so awkward.

yeah... so bad news. guys at gamecrazy told me that the ship date is tuesday, so i cant get the game till wednesday. they've had halo 3 in the back for about a week now.

well today i stopped by at my local gamestop and i asked if they had the game in and they told me that it ships in 2morrow...the guy asked me if i wanted to reserve the game and i did. HE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE IT BY 2MORROW NO LATER THAN 11AM SO IM SO FREAKIN HAPPY!!!!!

Well, I wouldn't get your hopes up, Game Stop is notoriously wrong about music game things...except GH of course.

i know i'm getting it tomorrow coz i just called my friend who works there and he said even if they don't process them by 2morrow he will hook me up with a copy!!!! ;)

Agh!!! I'm so anxious! I just need to skip lunch for a few more days and i'll have enough $$ to but SuperNOVA 2!!!!!

Unfortunately, since all of the hype is around Halo 3 right now, you'll have to MAKE YOUR WAY THROUGH lines tomorrow.

Today's the big day. Who has it?

even in new york its only like 9 AM right now, so probably no one. its 4:20(shut up)am here right now, and when i went to the halo 3 midnight sale they didnt have SN2 in stock yet, but are "expecting it today". i'll go back and see if its in, but i doubt it, it would be the first time ever a DDR title was available on the ship date, where as halo 3 has been in the back of stores with a "dont sell untill 9-25-2007" sticker on it for weeks.

if i get mine, i'll post up the entire default list and what i unlock throughout the day.

if i dont get mine today, i'll indulge myself in halo 3.

edit- if it means anything, all the SN2 pre-order stuff was taken down, but the hottest party stuff was still up.
