Emera D-
I absolutely love this chart, but then again I love any doubles charts that pull off a ton of crossovers like that.
Emera is also growing onto me a lot more the more I play it. It's becoming quite fun and the charts are a blast for me. DSP chart is pretty good as well, nothing too complex but lots of fun and has some nice touches like the footswitches early on in it.

PON's best songs are Punisher, Raikun, Kira -shakunetsu no sabaki-, Sasurai, Mikagami, and Kouen...all of them are on Pop'n though.
I much prefer PON as Mystic Moon and his songs with NU-KO especially 朱と碧のランページ
Ah. Amalgamation is good.

PUNISHER and Kouen are in DDR, too.Ah true - I wish they would do a crossover real quick.

Agreed, especially Mikagami! Maybe you could try looking for Stepmania simfiles of all those PON songs, if you own Stepmania.

It's confirmed that top two players of the US will go to KAC
Chris'd better snatch those wigs.

Do they have online machines in Thailand?
There is one wildcard as well so there are 7 finalists in total

Welp.
FEFEMZ strikes again!
(13 perfects on POSSESSION CSP what the hell)
What gets me about this is how easy he makes it look - for us, we witnessed a historic DDR accomplishment, and for FEFEMZ, it was Monday.

Does anyone know if changing your dancer name without touching the location dropdown will keep your state location for America? I want to change my name, but I don't want to lose my Florida location for a generic America location

I must be in the minority because I actually like Emera. I don't have an issue with the vocals at all, since they're basically like vocoded/autotuned pop punk vocals.
Step chart on singles
does look a bit iffy but I'll give it a try the next time I play DDR A.

It doesn't keep it. Originally had my home state when I registered my card, but then it disappeared after changing my Dancer name several times.

I find Emera just...really nondescript. There's nothing about it I find particularly notable, rhythmically speaking, and it's melodies aren't terribly catchy. Plus the ending feels almost kind of chopped off - I keep thinking the last hold is going to lead into something, and then the chart just ends there.
At the same time, it's chart looks messy. Not "oh my god please stop doing that to my feet", but it's just kinda...it.
I suppose I would think higher of Emera if the previous Extra Stage hadn't been Come To Life, which is absolutely amazing as a DDR song coupled with a fun chart.

I like Emera too, but mostly ironically due to the fact that the lyrics are so unintelligible that I find it rather humorous. Step chart on singles

actually, what if the move towards easier 16's is because Konami wants to plant a 16-footer difficult chart for a boss song? We could finally get our first 20-footer chart soon.

I wouldn't bet on it; DDR A hasn't even given us a challenge chart (though some songs I feel will get one in the future if they do so), I would not expect a 20 any time soon.
DDR A in general hasn't been a hardcore-oriented title. And that's pretty good for most of us - but I would not place bets on a 20 in the near future. Not unless we get another Replicant D-[insert title here] type event, and even then, maybe. (The previous replicant events have given us 3 out of the 4 19's, so a 19-precedent is there.)

A 16 on Difficult is retarded. 15 should be the cap for it, same as how 18 should be the cap for Expert. A 20 on Challenge would likely have full difficulties of something like 8/12/15/18/20, but I wouldn't get your hopes up for one. If you want that kind of difficulty, do what I do and play ITG.

Not to mention a 20 would throw literally everything in the book as far as what could up the difficulty. I guarantee you'll see massive BPM changes and shock arrows.

I wouldn't bet on shock arrows - for one, we haven't gotten a 19-footer with shock arrows, and we haven't seen 18's since Blew My Mind, which was back in 2013. (EDIT: And even Blew My Mind only had 2 sets of shock arrows, the first of which was kind of brilliantly placed).
BPM gimmicks, well yeah :V (though seriously if they come up with a more BS BPM chart than OTP I'll be kind of horrified)
EDIT: And total we've only had 2 shock arrow 18-footers (Blew My Mind and Pluto the First). And no shock-arrow 16-17 footers (discounting Horatio CS, which is dumb)
