There's no mention of the whole event ending on that time - so it's unclear.

As i said in my last post, the news about DDR was about a new extra exclusive song, now with PON (idk if he will use the Mystic moon alias or he will use his normal PON alias)

Apparently this is the teaser and it says the new song will be accessible 11/7/16 @ 10:00 Japan time (I assume)

I believe on 11/7/16, the new song will appear, and like every time a new EXTRA EXCLUSIVE was added before,
Astrogazer will be playable on FINAL STAGE and Come To Life will be playable on EXTRA STAGE LEVEL 1.

No, the "and more" is referred to new songs on EXTRA EXCLUSIVE folder until these are revealed. And not necesary to PON. All the new Extra Exclusive songs so far have always had more songs available in Extra Savior as well (Rising Fire Hawk and Extra Savior Vol. 1 songs, Astrogazer and Cytokinesis, Come to Life and the Sterling Silvers). While they didn't say more songs were being added when they announced the new PON song, that doesn't mean there won't be any for sure. They could easily also mean another song is being added or even the NewGenStarFest songs just become regular unlocks for everyone rather than tied to an event.
