Wow, that expert chart for triple counter looks pretty fun. I really like those double-tap jumps and 16th note bursts.

Song already fun, BG video is cute (but some of us knew that already), challenging chart...what more could you ask for a song like Triple Counter?

Okay, now I'm mad that we in NA don't get that song - that looks legitimately fun.

I would've been okay with missing a garbage chart but I actually want to play thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat :V

Zephyranthes S- looked pretty simple, except I totally did not expect the double 16th up arrows near the end.

I don't know whether to be disappointed or relieved.

114 works though, that waltz-y bit warrants some kind of speed drop. If they don't Deadball it and make it all in 16ths like they'd used to there will be blood, though.

Would be neat if you could unlock DDR songs by playing DDR. No? A crazy idea? Is this Konami's way of forcing us to play SDVX?

It's no different to that BisCo event where they made everyone play BeatStream to unlock things. /shrug

Actually, I was wrong yesterday. You don't need to unlock songs in Voltex/IIDX/Jubeat
You just need to play ONE song from the event in any of those 3 machines (each has a song already unlocked at the start of the event, StaryedCatz for IIDX, Angelic Jelly for Jubeat and Sephirot for Voltex).
Once you play one song, you can start unlocking everything in DDR (and the other new machines).

Recently Konami has seriously toned down the need to play other games to unlock things. It was a hundred time worse before (Lincle Link...the shudders). Now you only need 1 credit

Yes. The game can't tell if you're actually playing or if someone else is when it's on your card. (I'm assuming they're going to use your card...)

Wow...just wow. Those charts are amazingly fantastic!! Despite that most of America will not be able to play all of those songs for a while, I do hope that some step artists are willing to make some potential Challenge charts for the songs.

(Also, not sure if this was mentioned already, but, can it be a possibility of the costumes that Emi, Alice, and Rinon are wearing could potentially confirm that VALLIS-NERIA and Lisa-RICCA could be added into DDR A later on?)

Seeing all these great charts makes me think that DDR really is being revived with this game. All these charts are wonderful!
I can't wait for when the first 18 comes out, or at least when DDR A's first chart comes out!

If you are playing on a US machine, nope. The event just flat out doesn't exist for US machines, even for those that meet the requirements.
