Here are the steps to Illegal Function Call D-
There's no 260 BPM 16ths, but a lot of the jumps and transitions are quite difficult. The chart really seems like a drainer.

Spins aren't doublesteps, and these aren't even that bad of spins other than the initial turning into them. There's even more in that chart as well. The hardest part is memorizing the pattern so you can do it without looking at the screen but there are a lot of charts like that in the first place. Perfectly doable.

Well...bios screen if anyone cares. I really should bring my keyboard here sometime. Or a splitter to record stuff since the back is open. I grabbed some photos and upped them if anyone cares.

That is, only if you have the stamina to handle 700 arrows in just over 2 minutes and have the footspeed to tackle the 16ths at 260. For a 15 both of those would be quite over the top.

Uhh what on the bounce isn't even a mid 16. IFC is slower than Paranoia Survivor and barely any denser than it.
There's like 2 16th bursts. That's not really footspeed.
Also fwiw Paranoia Survivor has a step density of 6.2 steps/sec while IFC is 6.41 steps/sec. It's barely any higher plus factor in the 10 bpm difference.

I'm not disputing on the bounce as a 16, it's just not a mid one. I use Paranoia Survivor as a base comparison for IFC because they're both in a comparable difficulty and BPM range.

Weeeell, apparently ddrcommunity.com created tier levels for all songs rated 15+. Idk if what they decided upon is universally agreed, but according to their website, Illegal Function call is among the easiest of 16's (at 16.0), while On the Bounce is only one tier more difficult (at 16.1). PSMO is a mid-16, at 16.5.

The issue I have is that ddrcommunity.com almost certainly ranks scoring, not passing; in scoring stamina doesn't matter as much (or at all, really).
PARANOiA Survivor MAX









They also put Triple Journey -TAG Edition-, a song which is generally considered the hardest 16 in the entire series, as mid-tier, so I'm hesitant to say that they really are ranking for passing difficulty.
EDIT: And they put FAXX as harder than FELM.
EDIT #2: They also say NGO is 18.6 when it's one of the easiest passes (for an 18, anyway, I'd say only FAXX


And they say DEGRS is 18.9, when really it's a pretty easy pass by 18 standards if you flail about on the pads for 2 minutes (I haven't passed it, but I've come closer to passing it than, say, TME, 888, IX, or MAX. (Period)).

From what I know, making a difficulty tier list that is universally agreed upon is basically impossible. In fact, not only do I expect some disagreements, I expect every player in the world to disagree with several comparisons in that list for all tiers under 19.The list you shared appears to have been organized according to PFC difficulty, as wrsw pointed out. While it is one thing to try compiling a difficulty list for clearing a song, it is a completely different ball game when you try to bring in timing difficulty.
