Imma be real I think this project is super ambitious, and I feel like you aren't going to finish it ever. You haven't posted a single file yet, and you even state this is going to have over 1,000 songs, which I feel like is way too much for someone's first project.
I feel like you should start much smaller before attempting something like this.

If I'm reading the category's description right, you are planning to have 1970 songs in this one pack all with both X-Scale ratings and ITG ratings. Dude, this is FAR too much for even a team to handle, let alone a single person. Not even KONAMI has that many songs in ANY of their rhythm game series, not even their oldest series Beatmania has that many songs after over 2 decades. You really should reduce the scale of this, start with a smaller pack (like maybe 30 songs) instead of going straight into something this ludicrous.

Honestly, this whole thing reeks of "Let's download a ton of existing simfiles, compile them into our own pack and call it a new game".
